Nadia Serdyuk-Yakimenko shares a desire to promote a new different way of experiencing space — beyond the pattern, unexpectedly. Her goal is to create property development that evokes emotion, stimulates desire, and reflects the quality of life. Inspired architecture, which is in constant dialogue with thriving nature. Having moved to Cascais from Moscow in 2002, Nadia immediately became a passionate admirer of Lisbon Coast and stayed here forever. She is an infinite dreamer. Born in a family of famous Russian musicians her activity was always inspired by theater and art. She believes that beauty plays a decisive role in every surrounding and that we should try to inherit and expand it everywhere — either in art, history, construction, or scenery.The founder of Apiani gives incalculable value to greater comfort, lower energy consumption, innovative and sustainable principles. Nadia has no doubt that the concept of luxury, for a number of reasons, should be redefined, because today it represents different values, such as distinguished craftsmanship, the research and development of original timeless materials and techniques, reflecting strong attention to contemporary standards of living and the environment.

Helga Constantino (Lisbon, 1974) lives and works in Lisbon. She graduated in Interior Architecture at FA- UTL (Faculty of Architecture, Technical University of Lisbon) in 1998, obtaining a post-graduation in Architecture from the same Faculty in 2002. In 2000 she attended the master degree course “Arquitectura, Arte y Espacio Efímero” at E.T.S.A.B. — UPC in Barcelona, with a scholarship from Instituto Camões. She has collaborated in several architectural studios since 1994, among which stand out Miguel Arruda Arquitectos, Atelier Central, and Arkibyo, where she has developed projects of diverse nature. Since 2007 she joins Aires Mateus Associados as a coordinating architect, where she continues to collaborate. Since 2019, she develops architectural projects together with Arch. David Diniz

David Blanch Diniz (Lisbon, 1970) lives and works in Lisbon. He completed his degree in Architecture from FA-UTL (Faculty of Architecture, Technical University of Lisbon) in 1994. He is a freelance architect since 1994, having collaborated with several ateliers, among which CIAM and the architect Julio Saint-Maurice. Since 2004, he collaborates with HB — Hipólito Bettencourt Arquitectura Paisagista, in landscaping projects and outdoor spaces. He is currently developing this activity individually and in partnership with several offices, such as In-loco and Patio Atelier. In 2012, he began a parallel activity in real estate consulting. Since 2019, he has worked on several architectural projects together with the architect Helga Constantino
